Dr. Kianoush Khaghany
Dr. Kianoush Khaghany , MD specializes in Obstetrics and Gynecology. He has been practicing here in Monroe, MI and has over 23 years of experience in the medical field. He graduated from Michigan State University College of Human Medicine medical school in 1998. He instrumental in bringing the DAVINCI Robot to Monroe County and taught the techniques across the US. Dr Khaghany enjoys teaching and educating his patients with the latest medical knowledge. Dr Samer Mossallam
Dr. Samer Mossallam, DO a graduate of New York College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1995. He specializes in Obstetrics and Gynecology and has been providing OBGYN care Monroe for more than 15 years. Dr Mossallam was voted Best of the Best for OBGYN physician 2022. He enjoys educating his patients and talking with them on a honest personal level. Natasha Welker, CNM
Natasha A. Welker, CNM studied Nursing at Ohio University and graduated with Bachelor of Science Nursing and went on to study Midwifery at the University of Michigan where she graduated in 2018 as a Nurse Midwife. Natasha worked as a labor and delivery nurse in Monroe for over 10 years before graduating to CNM and joining us here at AIWH. Natasha is certified through the American midwifery Board. Natasha works closely with both Dr Mossallam and Dr Khaghany ensure the best care for our patients.
Corinne Diroff, CNM
Corinne L Diroff, CNM, is a Certified Nurse Midwife specialist practicing in Monroe, Michigan. She graduated from the University of Michigan in 2000, having over 22 years of diverse experience, both as a labor and delivery nurse as well as Certified Nurse Midwife. She is affiliated with Promedica Monroe Regional Hospital. Corinne L Diroff works closely with Dr Khaghany and Dr Mossallam to ensure the best care for our patients
Alisha Marchand, CNM
Alisha Marchand studied nursing at Ohio University where she graduated 2012 with a Bachelor's of Science Registered Nurse, she went on to study Midwifery at the University of Michigan where she graduated in 2018 with a Masters degree in Nursing specializing in Midwifery. Alisha has worked in Labor and Delivery since 2008 as a RN, Charge Nurse and ending as a Midwife with Promedica. Alisha joined our practice as a Midwife this year, where she is working closely with both Dr Mossallam and Dr Khaghany in the office to offer the best care for our patients.
Kristi Kostoff, WHNP-BC
Kristi Kostoff, WHNP-BC is a Nurse Practitioner specializing in Women's Health. Kristi studied and earned her Associate of Science Nursing May 1997. Kristi earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Ohio University May of 2013, and finally her Master of Science in Nursing- Women's Health Nurse Practitioner from the University of Cincinnati April 2021. Kristi is an enthusiastic nurse with 25 years of experience, 16 working in Labor and Delivery, 5 years in outpatient surgery and 2 years as an Advanced Practice Nurse. Kristi is here to aid in seeing all of our patients in the practice, she works closely with Dr Mossallam and Dr Khaghany to offer the best care of our patients.
